When the Colts signed Ahmad Bradshaw last week, one thought was that the former Giant would be a supporting player to Vick Ballard. That might be the case, but the Indianapolis Star sees things going the other way.
The newspaper lays out its thoughts for the 2013 depth chart, and has Bradshaw as the starter. Bradshaw has some health questions -- at last report he was still in a walking boot -- but he has plenty of talent, and if he's healthy, things could play out that way.
Too early to say for sure, but it definitely throws some cold water on Ballard's fantasy outlook. It will be interesting to see how that battle shakes out, and how close the two backs go to each other in fantasy drafts, regardless of which one is selected first.
