With the league talking about ditching the extra point, it's worthwhile to take a look at 2-point conversions -- which teams are best, and which teams are worst. In 2013, a couple of teams stood out at both ends of the spectrum.
Five teams converted all of their 2-point attempts (not counting the eight teams that didn't attempt any all season), with Baltimore (3 of 3) the most impressive. Kudos are also due the Bears, who converted 5 of their 6 attempts, and the Colts (4 of 6). Only the Eagles attempted more 2-pointers than those teams (7, converting just 3).
Eight teams, meanwhile, didn't convert any of their attempts. Least impressive were the Packers (0 for 4). The Cardinals and Cowboys, each 1 of 4, also struggled.
League-wide, NFL teams attempted 68 2-point conversions last season, and converted almost exactly half of them (33).
The 2013 numbers are presented below.
