Question

Who holds the record for the longest non-scoring play in postseason history?

Answer

Champ Bailey (who’ll be inducted into the Hall of Fame Saturday). With Denver leading New England 10-6 in the third quarter of a divisional game at Mile High in January, 2006, Bailey intercepted Tom Brady in his own end zone and took off down the left sideline. Benjamin Watson caught him at the 1-yard line, but Denver scored on the next play to take command of the game. Both Bailey and Watson, oddly, played college football at Georgia. At 100 yards, it's the longest non-scoring play in a playoff game.
