Every Saturday morning, I'll take a quick look at all the week's games, offering my own brief take on what I think will happen, as well as touching on significant injury news since our Weekly came out. I'll check in every so often over the course of the day to answer lineup questions, too.

What follows is a brief look at all the games with how I'd react in my own lineups to injury developments or other news. The official rankings are the ones in the Weekly. Those take precedence. But sometimes players are very close, and in those cases I'm glad to offer opinions on how I'd approach those situations. Sometimes I like certain players more or less than Ian, and sometimes I have different risk tolerance with injuries etc.

Steelers at Ravens: Big game in the AFC North. I like the passing games more than the ground games, although James Conner might be OK. I remember John Harbaugh after the last game saying Mark Ingram would probably be fine for the next game and deciding right then he was obviously talking nonsense. Coaches lie, they don't care about our fantasy teams, and oh yeah nobody should have been starting Ingram since Week 3 anyway. Main wide receivers OK, but crowding an issue for Steelers.

Rams at Dolphins: Tua Tagovailoa debuts. I think everyone is rooting for the guy, most everyone anyway, but I'm staying well away from the Miami passing game against a good Rams defense. Myles Gaskin is viable. For the Rams, Woods-Kupp-Darrell Henderson yes, despite Malcolm Brown mixing in to gum up the works. Got burned starting Tyler Higbee last week (too late to switch off him when he wound up inactive) and am steering clear this week. I'll start the Rams defense before I start Tua.

Jets at Kansas City: I'll be interested to see how many people take Kansas City in my Survivor Pool, and how many save them for a future week. I'm in the camp that says take the best choice and advance; "saving" teams is a good way to get bounced. Maybe the Jets run the ball a lot and make things interesting, but then the third quarter will roll round and they'll lose by 20. I'm a little worried about Patrick Mahomes not having to do much but am starting him anyway. LaMical Perine is literally the only Jet I'd consider.

Vikings at Packers: So Mason Crosby is questionable, forcing me to remember which leagues I have Mason Crosby in so I can go around cutting him and replacing him with kickers from the Raiders, Browns, or whoever else is available. Taking a zero at kicker isn't worth the great matchup of Crosby against the Vikings. No Aaron Jones, so Jamaal Williams is a great choice. Weather is potentially a concern for both passing games, so I think it's worth checking in on the pregame shows Sunday morning to make sure it's not a monsoon or blizzard in Green Bay. If conditions OK, both passing games should be productive. Dalvin Cook good to go.

Colts at Lions: Starting Philip Rivers somewhere because I have no other choice. Tough bye week. Matchup not terrible, but Colts defense gets Darius Leonard back and should be better than the last couple of weeks. Even more humorous I need to use Adrian Peterson and Nyheim Hines -- picked up just yesterday -- with the Cardinals, Jaguars and Texans running backs on bye. Lions kind of in the playoff hunt after their miracle win over Atlanta. Nice matchup for Jonathan Taylor, let's see if the Colts let him take advantage.

Raiders at Browns: This should be a higher scoring affair, with both offenses playing better than defenses, and I'm using players from both sides (including kickers!). Picked up Nelson Agholor and am starting him, 2020 bruh. Would also use Rashad Jennings. Kareem Hunt and Josh Jacobs, not many teams have the luxury of sitting Jacobs, and Hunt a must-start until Nick Chubb returns. No Austin Hooper, but Browns will still use multiple tight ends, tricky production to tap into.

Titans at Bengals: Another higher-scoring type of game. Burrow and his receivers, Giovani Bernard with Joe Mixon out, key Titans players -- they're all in lineups on my teams.

Patriots at Bills: This should be a lower-scoring type of game. Most likely we finally get another team taking control of the AFC East. Would be easier to project if the Bills offense had played better lately, but that's the lean anyway. New England won't have Julian Edelman or N'Keal Harry, preventing anyone from making the mistake of starting them. Probably best not to wade into anything connected with New England's offense, really. Running back committee, Cam Newton...no. Buffalo I guess Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs look fine, particularly with Stephon Gilmore iffy with a knee injury.

Chargers at Broncos: I respect the Broncos defense but am starting Justin Herbert anyway. That's how impressed I've been with what the rookie has done to this point. So also Keenan Allen, definitely, and to a lesser extent Hunter Henry. For Denver, Melvin Gordon is about it. Tim Patrick iffy, Denver is using two tight ends, and Drew Lock hasn't been impressive.

49ers at Seahawks: The running back situation for these teams would be amusing if it weren't so aggravating. Seattle is calling everyone a gametime decision. I don't really understand how Chris Carson is going to play through a sprained foot; I definitely wouldn't use him. Carlos Hyde isn't playing, Travis Homer iffy. If I had to start a Seattle running back it would be DeeJay Dallas, but not much to go on with him. San Francisco will have JaMycal Hasty and Jerick McKinnon, who'd look more viable if the team weren't likely to activate Tevin Coleman. No Deebo, so I love Brandon Aiyuk this week.

Saints at Bears: Allen Robinson will play, killing any potential in guys like Anthony Miller or Darnell Mooney. Jimmy Graham against his former team, that's the other interesting player in Chicago's passing game. Saints will need to use TreQuan Smith as their No. 1 receiver, and I'm OK using him. Jared Cook too. Out of respect for the Bears defense I'm thinking a lower-scoring game, though.

Cowboys at Eagles: Ben DiNucci starts in this eyesore of a Sunday night game. I'm sure Mike McCarthy and his staff will have coached him up the way McCarthy has over the years with guys like Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers. Given how bad the Cowboys defense has been, Boston Scott and Carson Wentz look solid, and I'll sign off on Travis Fulgham and probably recently activated Jalen Reagor, too. Richard Rodgers in PPR, because Wentz likes throwing to the position. Wildly optimistic to expect much from the Dallas passing game, so I'll be breaking all ties against the likes of Amari Cooper and CeeDee Lamb.

Bucs at Giants: Hey, it's the team that deprived Tom Brady of a perfect season. New York's defense has been a little better than expected, but Brady in primetime against a team that could easily be winless should be fine. He's short Chris Godwin, but the receivers on hand should be pretty good. Ronald Jones and Leonard Fournette will play in a committee, hurting their appeal. Bucs defense is good and Giants offense is bad, hurting the appeal of New York players; Engram and Shepard seem like the best bets.

Enjoy the games.
