JaMarr Chase started the year off hot, and he’s not going away. He keeps scoring touchdowns, and he keeps piling up catches and yards. He’s on pace to break the single-season record for receiving yards by a rookie.
Chase most recently torched the Ravens for 201 yards on 8 catches, with a touchdown. Previously he put up 159 yards and a touchdown against Green Bay.
In the 32-team era (since 2002) only 31 players have gone for at least 150 yards in a game, and Chase is one of the few with two of those games.
His 201 yards Sunday comes in as the 4th-highest total by a rookie in the last 20 years.
Two other rookies this year have also had games with over 150 yards – Kyle Pitts on Sunday, and Kadarius Toney a few weeks back for the Giants.
