ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter reported that Tyreek Hill and the Miami Dolphins have agreed to a restructured contract. The new contract will allow the All-Pro wide receiver to earn up to $90 million over the next three seasons. That amount includes $65 million in guaranteed money, increasing his four-year total to $105 million.
However, despite the restructured contract, the length of Hill's current deal with the Dolphins stays the same. He will still be under contract until 2027, when he turns 32. The one-time Super Bowl champion deserves more upfront money after finishing consecutive 1,700-yard seasons with the Dolphins.
Last season, Hill led the league with 1,799 yards and 13 touchdowns. He could have had more if he had not missed one regular-season game. Still, those numbers earned him his eighth Pro Bowl and fifth First-Team All-Pro selection.

Hill signed his four-year, $120 million contract after being traded to the Dolphins from the Kansas City Chiefs. That deal made him the highest-paid wide receiver at the time of signing. However, this offseason's surging wideout market took away that distinction, especially after Justin Jefferson signed a four-year, $140 million extension with the Minnesota Vikings. Hence, the Dolphins gave Hill the contract adjustment he deserved to get more financial rewards.
