Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams has 18 catches for 209 yards and a touchdown this season. However, he did not play during the Raiders’ Week 4 loss to the Cleveland Browns and is considered week-to-week after nursing a hamstring injury. But could it be that the All-Pro receiver has played his last game with the Raiders and is a primary target for a trade?
Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce’s latest social media activity might suggest that Adams might wear another NFL uniform this season. The former NFL linebacker liked a Sports Illustrated post on Instagram suggesting that Adams playing for another team wouldn’t be surprising.
Whether by accident or not, that simple act from Pierce triggered a firestorm of reactions from football fans. Did Pierce subtly share the truth about Adams transferring to another team? Or is that Instagram like an honest mistake?

Regardless of the outcome, Adams hasn’t played like the wideout who dominated earlier in his career. He’s had one 100-yard game and a touchdown catch in three games. In comparison, the former Fresno State standout had 25 completions for 322 passing yards in the same number of games.
Luckily, the Raiders still won their Week 4 assignment against the Cleveland Browns without Adams. However, Las Vegas might not be as lucky in Week 5's road game against the Denver Broncos without their primary receiver, especially if Adams is already on the trading block.
