Isiah Pacheco is practicing, but he won’t play this week. Andy Reid confirms as much. And that gives Kareem Hunt the green light for another good game.
It doesn’t appear that Pacheco has had any setbacks. They probably just want to make sure he’s right physically; he’ll be a key player for them in the postseason.
It will be Hunt starting against on Sunday, and he’s a possibility for top-5 running back numbers. The matchup is ideal, with Carolina ranking last in run defense (including 160 rushing yards per game and 17 TD runs).
Kansas City hasn’t been shy about using Hunt. Since Week 5, he’s got the 2nd-most carries in the league.
