Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh has announced that wide receiver Zay Flowers won’t play in their Wild Card Round match against their division rivals, the Pittsburgh Steelers. Flowers suffered a knee injury during their regular season finale against the Cleveland Browns, a game they needed to win to secure the AFC North title.
With Flowers sidelined, the Ravens will rely on wideouts Tylan Wallace, Nelson Agholor, and Rashod Bateman. They also have tight ends Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely as pass targets. Baltimore can balance their offense with a potent running game featuring Derrick Henry and two-time NFL Most Valuable Player Lamar Jackson.

Flowers received his first Pro Bowl nod after finishing the 2024 regular season with 116 catches for 1,059 yards and four touchdowns. However, this injury adds to his postseason misfortunes. Last season, he fumbled at the goal line during the AFC Championship Game, resulting in zero points and a Kansas City Chiefs touchback.
Without Flowers, the Ravens will enjoy home-field advantage against Pittsburgh in their postseason showdown. A victory by the Ravens will repeat their Week 16 victory over Pittsburgh at M&T Bank Stadium.
