CB Tre'Davious White returns to Bills on a one-year deal

Defensive back Tre’Davious White will return to the Buffalo Bills after signing a one-year contract worth up to $6.8 million. The Bills were the team that selected White in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft after his four-year stint at LSU. The Louisiana native was a one-time Consensus All-American with the Tigers.

White played his first seven NFL seasons with the Bills, earning three All-Pro and two Pro Bowl selections. His best year came in 2019 when he finished the year with 58 tackles, 17 passes defended, and a league-leading six interceptions.

After playing for the Bills, White signed a one-year, $4.25 million contract with the Los Angeles Rams during the 2024 offseason. However, during the season, the Rams traded him to the Baltimore Ravens for a 2026 seventh-round pick. He did not start a game for the Ravens and finished with only ten tackles.

White will fortify the Bills’ defensive secondary, together with Dane Jackson, Taron Johnson, Taylor Rapp, and Damar Hamlin, among others.
