NFL Daily host Gregg Rosenthal predicts players who might be involved in draft day trades

With the 2025 NFL Draft just hours away, NFL Daily host Greg Rosenthal shared his prediction of players who may be included in draft day trades. Rosenthal divided the lot into four categories: likely, maybe, not crazy, and ‘???’.

Under likely includes Jalen Ramsey, who has a high chance of playing for another team except the Miami Dolphins. Also on the ‘likely’ list is Jaire Alexander, who the Green Bay Packers could consider as a cap casualty. Finally, the Atlanta Falcons could trade Kirk Cousins, given that they’ll go with Michael Penix Jr. as their starter.

Meanwhile, under ‘maybe’ are George Pickens, who could be expendable after the Pittsburgh Steelers added D.K. Metcalf. Likewise, the Philadelphia Eagles could let Dallas Goedert continue his NFL career elsewhere, while the Las Vegas Raiders could discard Michael Mayer after Brock Bowers’ emergence. Will Levis is also in this category, as the Tennessee Titans could select quarterback Cam Ward with the first overall pick.

Moving forward, the ‘not crazy’ category includes Dolphins wideout Tyreek Hill, Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews, Cincinnati Bengals edge rusher Trey Hendrickson, and Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne.

Finally, Greg Rosenthal speculates that Jameson Williams, Kayvon Thibodeaux, Breece Hall, Kyle Pitts, and Anthony Richardson could have new teams after the draft. However, he sees a slim chance of it happening, hence the question marks.
