Less than 24 hours after the Los Angeles Rams released running back TODD GURLEY, the Atlanta Falcons agreed to a one-year, $5 million contract with the star rusher. Freeman takes flight in Falcons win

Atlanta running back DEVONTA FREEMAN led the Falcons and his fantasy owners with 2 touchdowns in Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Freeman finished the game with 127 total yards from scrimmage in a game where he was utilized more than usual in the passing game.

Freeman to return vs. Saints, Hooper out

Atlanta wide receiver JULIO JONES is a game time decision for tonight’s game against New Orleans, but the picture is much clearer for running back DEVONTA FREEMAN and tight end AUSTINMore HOOPER. Freeman will return and play against the Saints after missing the past two games with a foot sprain. Unfortunately, Hooper will not be joining Freeman against the Saints. Freeman practices on Tuesday

Freeman sees “stronger” self in 2019
