The Carolina Panthers agreed to a one-year deal with kicker EDDY PINEIRO on Wednesday. The Panthers placed kicker ZANE GONZALEZ on injured reserve on Tuesday after he suffered a groin injury… More while warming up on the sidelines in the preseason finale. The 26-year-old Pineiro played with the Jets late last season and was cut at the end of training camp this year.
