Raiders sign TE Cook

The Oakland Raiders signed free agent tight end JARED COOK to a two-year agreement. Cook should provide an imposing target in the middle of the field for quarterback DEREK CARR and could be a significant fantasy upgrade over CLIVE WALFORD.
