Ajayi dealing with knee injury

Miami running back JAY AJAYI is still affected by a knee injury and did not practice on Wednesday. The Dolphins play against New Orleans on Sunday in London and Ajayi isMore expected to play but the knee has been bothering him all year. Ajayi optimistic for Sunday’s game vs. Jets

Miami running back JAY AJAYI missed two practices this week dealing with a knee injury but he returned for Friday’s walkthrough as the Dolphins prepare for Sunday’s game against the New York Jets. Ajayi is officially listed as questionable but he is optimistic about playing in Sunday’s game.

Ajayi out of concussion protocol, Drake in

Miami running back JAY AJAYI passed the final step of the concussion protocol on Tuesday and has been cleared to return to practice. Unfortunately for the Dolphins, fellow running back KENYAN DRAKE has now been diagnosed with a concussion and enters the protocol that Ajayi just left.

Miami running back JAY AJAYI is still in the concussion protocol but he was on the field with pads and helmet on catching passes from new quarterback JAY CUTLER on Tuesday.More His presence on the field is encouraging, although head coach Adam Gase said he would be “hard-pressed” to play Ajayi in the team’s preseason opener against Atlanta on Thursday. Ajayi to miss time with concussion

Miami running back JAY AJAYI suffered a concussion during practice on Monday and he is expected to miss at least a week of drills. Although the concussion is considered mild, the team will not expose him to unnecessary contact and will likely limit his preseason action.

Ajayi suffers possible concussion in practice

Miami Dolphins running back JAY AJAYI was removed from practice after taking a hard hit on Monday and did not return. Ajayi is being evaluated for a possible concussion and with the team off today, an update might not come until Wednesday.

Looking at the Dolphins, I notice that they ran a league-low 913 plays last year – 47 fewer than anyone else. Offenses like the Browns, Rams, Jets and 49ers ran more plays than Miami. Hmm.  more »
