Indianapolis Colts running back JONATHAN TAYLOR requested a trade following a meeting with owner Jim Irsay on the team bus during Saturday’s training camp session. Taylor, who is currently on theMore PUP list, wants a contract extension that puts him in line with the league’s highest-paid running backs. Irsay said after the meeting that the team is not planning on an extension, adding that the Colts would not be trading Taylor either. Indianapolis Colts running back JONATHAN TAYLOR had surgery on his ankle early in the offseason, but he is still not ready to return to the practice field. Taylor was at theMore Colts minicamp this week, but he did not dress for practice (at least not in a uniform, we assume he was wearing something). Taylor said at the time of the surgery that he expects to be ready to roll ahead of the start of the season.
