Carolina Panthers interim head coach Steve Wilks threw wide receiver ROBBIE ANDERSON out of the game on Sunday after the wideout got into a heated argument with position coach Joe Dailey.More Anderson was brought to Carolina by Matt Rhule, who was fired on Monday. Coach Rhule excited to work with Newton

Carolina head coach Matt Rhule said this week that he is excited to get to work with veteran quarterback CAM NEWTON. Rhule’s comments suggest that the team is planning to moveMore forward with Newton, after much early speculation that the Panthers would move on from him. The New York Giants are hiring former New England Patriots special teams coordinator and wide receivers coach Joe Judge to be their next head coach. The 38-year-old Judge becomes the 19thMore head coach in New York Giants history. The Giants were reportedly pursuing Matt Rhule, but the Carolina Panthers hired him earlier in the day. Less

Panthers hire Rhule as new head coach

The Carolina Panthers agreed to contract terms with former Baylor head coach Matt Rhule on Tuesday. Rhule will be the fifth head coach in franchise history. Rhule had successful tenures at both Baylor and Temple but this will be his first time coaching in the NFL.
