Around the NFL: Will the Patriots bounce back?
The Patriots got smacked around in the second half by Kansas City last night, which most of us really enjoyed. Doesn't happen to New England very often -- ever, really -- especially at home. Are we seeing the end of the Belichick-Brady era? more »

So tomorrow is the Super Bowl, and for the majority of us who aren't diehard Patriots or Falcons fans, we're just hoping for a good game. The good news is that this isn't a game featuring some team that lucked its way in and is going to get blown away, or an absolute juggernaut against which no team can compete. Factoid: Patriots Defense
You can't control who you play, so it's not fair to dock a team for their schedule. But I'm hearing the Falcons be dismissed in Super Bowl LI because of "Bill Belihick having two weeks to prepare" and so forth, and I'm not buying. Factoid: New England Patriots
The Patriots looked pretty dominant in the regular season – 3rd in scoring and 1st in scoring defense. It doesn’t look like there’s much of a chance of anybody stopping them from making it to the Super Bowl. Or is there? more »

Factoid: New England Patriots
One of the ideas that gets kicked around (and I used it myself in the preview earlier in the week) is the theory that the Patriots do a better job of improving and developing their unheralded players. Especially on defense. The Patriots don’t have a star-studded group on that side of the ball, but they’re leading the league in scoring defense. more »

Dolphins to play starters vs. Patriots
With a chance to move up to the fifth seed in the upcoming playoffs, Miami head coach Adam Gase said that the Dolphins will not rest healthy starters this Sunday against… More New England. The game is also important to the Patriots, who need a win or an Oakland loss to clinch the top seed in the AFC. Fantasy owners should be able to play their starters from this game without hesitation. Less
