Mahomes leads Kansas City with 4 touchdowns

Kansas City quarterback PATRICK MAHOMES threw for 3 touchdowns and rushed for another in Sunday’s AFC Championship Game against the Tennessee Titans. Wide receiver TYREEK HILL caught two touchdown passes, while SAMMY WATKINS led the team with 114 receiving yards and a touchdown of his own.

Tyreek Hill injures clavicle, Watkins fills-in nicely

Kansas City released its injury report for tomorrow's game against the Colts, and it doesn't look like the bye week will be enough to have them at full health. Both Sammy Watkins and Spencer Ware are questionable after practicing only on a limited basis all week.   more »

Ware, Watkins questionable vs. Colts

Kansas City running back SPENCER WARE and wide receiver SAMMY WATKINS are both listed as questionable heading into Saturday’s playoff game against the Indianapolis Colts. Ware has been dealing with a hamstring injury while Watkins deals with a foot injury. Both players were limited in practice all week. Stay tuned.

Watkins day-to-day

Kansas City wide receiver SAMMY WATKINS injured his right foot against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday and did not practice on Wednesday. Head coach Andy Reid said that Watkins was making progress with his injured foot but added that the injury is “a day-to-day thing”.

Andy Richardson: Hype all over the place

I have a journalism background, and I have a lot of respect for what team beat writers do. They're covering players who by and large don't have a lot of desire to talk to them, and trying to extract meaningful information from coaches who act like it's important to shroud everything they do in great secrecy and mystery. And of course they're giving us regular folk glimpses into practices -- which is sometimes useful. And sometimes not.   more »

Kansas City is having new wide receiver SAMMY WATKINS learn all of the wideout positions as they move him “all over the place” in the offense. Head coach Andy Reid saidMore the team has overloaded Watkins in practice and the new wideout has handled everything he’s been given.
