Broncos agree to trade for QB Bridgewater

The Denver Broncos announced on Wednesday that the team was acquiring veteran quarterback TEDDY BRIDGEWATER from the Carolina Panthers in exchange for a 2021 sixth-round draft pick. Factoid: Franchise Quarterbacks

Perhaps you saw the story on ESPN recently where their writers participated in an exercise to re-draft the NFL from scratch. This year's draft order was used, so the Cincinnati Bengals were able to select Patrick Mahomes No. 1 overall. The next three picks (Russell Wilson, Lamar Jackson, Deshaun Watson) were also franchise quarterbacks. Plenty of controversy after that.   more »
