The inactives are coming out, with a couple of Sunday morning developments. Most notably, Brandin Cooks won't play for Houston; he was the Texans' No. 1 wideout. And Leonard Fournette is inactive for Tampa Bay.

Everything else I see looks like it was expected, but here's a rundown of some that might affect fantasy lineups.

  • With Cooks out, the Texans will use Keke Coutee, Chad Hansen and either Steven Mitchell or Isaiah Coulter as their No. 3. Only the top 2 merit lineup consideration.

  • Fournette's absence makes Ronald Jones look like a full-time type of back. I think it bumps Jones up to 17th in Standard and 16th in PPR in the Friday rankings.

  • Kyle Rudolph is inactive for Minnesota, so Irv Smith should be kind of a full-time tight end.

  • Christian McCaffrey is inactive, as expected.

  • Tee Higgins is active for Cincinnati; dealing with a hamstring injury, but it won't keep him out against Dallas.

  • No Zane Gonzalez for the Cardinals, so make sure you don't accidentally forget to replace the Cardinals kicker with some warm-body placekicker.

  • There's a report that Jalen Hurts will start the rest of the season for Philadelphia. If he plays well, sure. If he falls on his face, we'll see Carson Wentz again. No news there.
