I am ready to double down on Garrett Wilson. He was supposed to be the breakout receiver last year, and I think all of that reasoning still applies. Pair him with an adequate quarterback, and I think he’ll be just fine.
Specifically, I like Aaron Rodgers’ tendency to lock in on a preferred target in the red zone. Davante Adams in a bunch of recent seasons, and others before him.
In Rodgers’ 15 seasons with the Packers, I see 11 wide receivers finishing with double-digit touchdowns, and I see 16 receivers finishing with top-20 numbers.
I expect Wilson will rank in the top 5 in touchdown catches this year, and looks like a pretty safe choice to finish with top-10 numbers.
