Mike Evans and Davante Adams' teams had contrasting fates leading into their Week 15 games. However, they were both impressive as they led their teams to victory. Evans and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers dominated the Los Angeles Chargers on the road, while Adams and the New York Jets snapped a four-game losing streak by defeating the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Evans dominated the NFL’s top-ranked defense with nine catches for 159 yards and two touchdowns. That means he will need at least 251 yards in the Buccaneers’ last three games to continue his streak of 1,000-yard seasons. It would be an astonishing feat, considering he missed some games due to injury.

Meanwhile, Adams had a strong second half to lead the Jets to victory. After going for zero receptions in the first two quarters, Adams finished the game with nine catches for 198 yards and two touchdowns. Through Week 15, he has 860 yards and six touchdowns.
Unfortunately, while the Buccaneers are still competing for a playoff spot and the NFC South title, Adams and the Jets are out of contention. That victory is only the Jets’ fourth in 14 games, meaning all the games they’re playing moving forward are for building momentum for next season.
