While Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets won their regular season finale, the campaign was largely disappointing, as they ended with only five victories. However, the four-time NFL Most Valuable Player added another milestone to his storied career.
Rodgers completed his 500th career touchdown pass in the second quarter of their game against the Miami Dolphins. The veteran quarterback connected with tight end Tyler Conklin to tie the game at six apiece.

Rodgers is only the fifth NFL player to have 500 career touchdown passes. Tom Brady leads with 649, while Drew Brees has 571. Peyton Manning (539) and Brett Favre (508) completed the top four. Rodgers finished with four touchdown passes in their victory against the Dolphins, putting him five TDs away from Favre.
Going up the list depends on whether he will return for another season. Rodgers has constantly declared that he will use the offseason to decide what he will do next. However, if he chooses to play for his 21st NFL season, he might do it for another team.
