Seattle head coach Pete Carroll said on Monday that safety Jamal Adams is basically day-to-day with a first-degree groin strain. Starting running back CHRIS CARSON is dealing with a first-degree knee… More strain. While Carroll did not give a timeline for Carson’s injury, he indicated that a strain is more of an issue for a running back than for other position players.
