Hogan signs one-year contract with Panthers

Free agent wide receiver CHRIS HOGAN signed a one-year contract to join the Carolina Panthers. Hogan won the Super Bowl twice in the past three seasons with the New England Patriots, but he now moves on to join the Panthers.
