Factoid: Joe Burrow

I like the look of Joe Burrow this week. He’s on top of his game right now, and the opponent looks pretty much ideal. Kansas City has a great offense, but that defense has been pretty leaky all along.  more »

Bengals retain head coach Taylor

With a handful of teams announcing the firing of their respective head coaches, the Cincinnati Bengals took a different approach on Monday by confirming that head coach Zac Taylor will beMore retained for a third season. Andy Richardson: Week 8 Blackout Picks

OK, two weeks in a row I've finished in the top 40 in this Fantasy Index Blackout competition. I shouldn't boast, but in fairness I'd been getting picked on by co-workers and their family members, and my feelings were a little tender. So at least that should quiet the finger-pointing until I inevitably slide quietly out of contention. On to Week 8.   more »

Ravens defense dominates vs. Bengals

The Baltimore Ravens defense dominated the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, posting the team’s first shutout since 2009. The Ravens defense had a solid preseason and they continued that momentum into the season opener. The Ravens forced 5 turnovers, including 4 interceptions to go along with a fumble recovery.

Around the NFL: Cincinnati Bengals

I'm worried about the Bengals this year. By worried I mean I think they could have some early struggles. Yes, they added a couple of first-round offensive talents in the draft. But free-agency departures and a couple of injury questions could have the team in trouble in the first part of the season.   more »
