Bears RB Montgomery has career game vs. Vikings
Chicago Bears second-year running back DAVID MONTGOMERY rushed for a career-high 146 yards on a career-high 32 carries in Sunday’s win over the Minnesota Vikings. And because Montgomery knows it’s fantasy playoff time and touchdowns are important, he ran for 2 of them against the Vikings.

Bears RB Montgomery clears NFL concussion protocol
Chicago Bears running back DAVID MONTGOMERY has cleared the NFL concussion protocol. Montgomery intends to practice the remainder of the week and play in Sunday’s game against the Green Bay Packers. Montgomery suffered the concussion two weeks ago, missing the game against Tennessee and healing during the bye week.

Bears RB Montgomery still dealing with concussion
With Monday night’s game against the Minnesota Vikings approaching, Chicago Bears running back DAVID MONTGOMERY is continuing to recover from a concussion. Montgomery suffered the concussion in Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans. Montgomery remains in the NFL’s concussion protocol and did not practice on Thursday.

Bears RB Montgomery on track for season opener
Chicago Bears running back DAVID MONTGOMERY is expected to be in the lineup against the Detroit Lions for Sunday’s season opener. Montgomery injured his groin during training camp and has been working his way back. After a limited practice on Wednesday, Montgomery was able to practice in full on Thursday.

Bears RB Montgomery could miss start of season
Chicago running back DAVID MONTGOMERY suffered a groin injury in practice on Wednesday and initial reports indicate that he is likely to miss 2 to 4 weeks. If Montgomery is closer… More to the short end of the estimated injury timeline, he could return in time to play the season opener on September 13th against Detroit. At worst, it appears that he would miss just two games and be back for the Week #3 matchup against Atlanta. Less
