Around the NFL: Dede Westbrook

The Vikings have signed Dede Westbrook, and that’s a modestly interesting signing. The Jaguars gave up on him last year, but I have been a fan of his work previously.  more »

Factoid: Jacksonville receivers

I haven't really understood what Jacksonville was doing with its wide receivers. The Jaguars first gave Donte Moncrief a lot of money, and then drafted D.J. Chark in the second round. They already had Marqise Lee, Dede Westbrook and Keelan Cole, who I thought were all pretty good last year. What gives?  more »

Jaguars make cuts, save money

The Jaguars look to be moving forward with re-signed wideoutMore MARQISE LEE, newcomer DONTE MONCRIEF, and second-year players DEDE WESTBROOK and KEELAN COLE. New tight end AUSTIN SEFERIAN-JENKINS made the veteran Lewis expendable. Less

Around the NFL: Whither Allen Robinson?

I see there’s talk about Allen Robinson maybe getting the franchise tag. He’s Jacksonville’s best wide receiver, the story goes, so best to protect him from signing with another team. I don’t see it.   more »
