Coleman the favorite for early touches in San Francisco

With San Francisco running back JERICK MCKINNON still recovering from ACL surgery, new running back TEVIN COLEMAN is expected to get the most touches out of the 49ers backfield. MATT BREIDA and RAHEEM MOSTERT are also options, but they have been unable to participate in OTAs thus far.

49ers RB Breida has torn pec

San Francisco running back MATT BREIDA is dealing with a slightly torn pec muscle and will not participate in OTAs. Fortunately for fantasy owners, and for Breida himself, surgery will not be needed to mend the chest injury. Breida is expected to be ready for the start of training camp.

Breida to have role in crowded backfield

San Francisco running back MATT BREIDA thinks he can do even better in 2019 than he did during a breakout season last year. It sounds like Breida will have the chance,More despite the presence of JERICK MCKINNON and TEVIN COLEMAN.
