Bucs RB Barber has early edge for starting job

Tampa Bay head coach Dirk Koetter said on Monday that PEYTON BARBER is the team’s starting running back. Rookie running back RONALD JONES was thought to have a shot at the starting job, but that was before his underwhelming performance in Thursday’s preseason opener against Miami.
