Dolphins WR Hurns opts out of 2020 season

Around the NFL: Preston Williams

Preston Williams was a savvy undrafted find by the Miami Dolphins. He went for 428 yards in just eight games for what seemed to be a tanking team, but his rookie year was cut short by a torn ACL in early November. Factoid: Allen Hurns

The Jaguars cut Allen Hurns the other day, and it's a move that's seemingly been two years in the making. He didn't really live up to the huge contract the team gave him after his 1,000-yard 2015 season, plus Jacksonville has lots of other capable wide receivers.   more »

Factoid: Jacksonville Jaguars

I’m not sure Allen Hurns will even be on Jacksonville’s opening day roster. I think he’s probably their 4th-best wide receiver, and for what they’re paying him, I think the logical move is to cut him loose.  more »
