Rams WR Kupp headed to injured reserve with ankle injury

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay said on Tuesday that star wide receiver COOPER KUPP will have ankle surgery today and will be placed on injured reserve. Kupp will missMore at least four games on injured reserve, but McVay did not rule him out for the rest of the season. Los Angeles Rams wide receiver COOPER KUPP left Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals after suffering an ankle injury in the fourth quarter. Kupp had jumped up to catch a throwMore from Rams backup quarterback JOHN WOLFORD and landed awkwardly with his right ankle getting rolled up on. Kupp was able to make his way to the locker room under his own power, but with a noticeable limp.
