Factoid: Multi-TD games

Special Matt Morse edition. In a comment on the Tyreek Hill article recently, Matt asked for the list of players with the most multi-touchdown games. Here's that information, from the last 3 years (I don't think anyone cares about Carlos Hyde having a bunch of those games in 2017-2018, but Damien Harris, pictured, doing it last year is noteworthy).   more »

Factoid: Volume receivers

I was poking around with the numbers some on Cooper Kupp, trying to estimate how much statistical decline will happen this year. It’s not realistic, of course, to hope for another 145 catches. That’s just insane.  more »

Fantasy Index Weekly: NFC Championship: Los Angeles Rams

The NFC's top 3 seeds are gone, giving the No. 4 Rams this game at home. But the matchup isn't great. Even setting aside San Francisco winning six straight in the series, the 49ers have one of the league's best defenses: 4th in yards allowed, and 9th in points. The Rams averaged exactly 3 TDs per game during the season, and that looks like their ceiling this week.   more »
