San Francisco “hoping” for WR Samuel to return for season opener

San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan said recently that he is “hopeful” that starting wide receiver DEEBO SAMUEL will be ready for the season opener against the Arizona Cardinals onMore September 13th. Shanahan added that he is not counting on a return, just that he is hopeful. Samuel suffered a stress fracture in his left foot back in June. The injury has a typical 12 to 16-week recovery period, so the math indicates it will be close. Less
