There hasn't been a lot of love for Rashaad Penny in early drafts. He's been injury prone, of course, and Seattle drafted Ken Walker in the second round. With Seattle rookie Ken Walker, there are a couple of primary obstacles to him being a standout fantasy back. One is Rashaad Penny, who will presumably open as the starter. If you should wind up in a fantasy league with Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times, you'll likely have a hard time drafting Rashaad Penny. Seems like a strong possibility Condotta selects him first, since he believes a "realistic projection" has Penny getting 20 carries per game.   more »

Factoid: Running Back Sweet Spot

There were no running backs selected in the first round this year, but there were two drafted in the first half of the second round. Breece Hall went to the Jets at the 36th pick, and Ken Walker went to the Seahawks with the 41st selection. It's a really nice area for running backs to go in these days.   more »
