Vikings sign Mattison to 2-year deal, Cook on the move?
The Minnesota Vikings re-signed running back ALEXANDER MATTISON on Wednesday to a two-year deal that could be worth as much as $8 million with incentives. Speaking of Cook, he carries a $14 million cap hit this season and there have been rumors that he may be on the trading block. If Cook were to be traded or released (a big “if”), Mattison would likely work as part of a committee with TY CHANDLER, KENE NWANGWU, and potentially a rookie from this year’s draft class.
