Kansas City cuts RB Thompson

Kansas City waived former sixth-round running back DARWIN THOMPSON on Monday after two inconsistent seasons with the team. Heading into the upcoming season, it appears as though Kansas City will move forward with running backs CLYDE EDWARDS-HELAIRE, DARREL WILLIAMS, and JERICK MCKINNON leading the way in the backfield.
