The NFL is reportedly getting closer to handing down a possible punishment to Cleveland Browns quarterback DESHAUN WATSON. The league is expected to argue that Watson deserves a “significant” suspension, perhapsMore up to a full year in length. Watson would likely appeal such a suspension, but the Browns could be headed for the JACOBY BRISSETT era either way. Although Watson isn’t facing any criminal charges, he is facing 24 civil lawsuits ranging from sexual misconduct to sexual assault. The Indianapolis Colts traded a third-round pick earlier this week to obtain veteran quarterback MATT RYAN from the Atlanta Falcons. Indianapolis has cycled through quarterbacks since the unexpected retirement of AndrewMore Luck in 2019.
