Factoid: Ravens Defense

It’s looking unlikely Lamar Jackson will be healthy on Sunday. He didn’t practice today. That makes it seem unlikely the Ravens can make a run at a first-round upset in Cincinnati. Nonetheless, it looks like a lesser matchup for the Bengals, given the way Baltimore’s defense has been playing.  more »

Factoid: MNF showdown

I’m a little surprised the Bills are favored by 2.5 points tonight. They’re on the road, and Cincinnati right now seems to have the more precise, reliable quarterback.   more »

Factoid: Joe Burrow

I like the look of Joe Burrow this week. He’s on top of his game right now, and the opponent looks pretty much ideal. Kansas City has a great offense, but that defense has been pretty leaky all along.  more »

Bengals upgrade offensive line with RT Collins

The Cincinnati Bengals made a big move to upgrade their offensive line over the weekend, finalizing a deal with former Dallas Cowboys lineman LA’EL COLLINS. If he can remain healthy and avoid trouble, Collins provides a big upgrade for the offensive line and quarterback JOE BURROW. Less

Factoid: JaMarr Chase

Strictly off the measurables, you wouldn’t think JaMarr Chase would be one of the very best deep threats in the game. There are plenty of wide receivers who are bigger, and there are many who are faster. There also are a lot who are more experienced.   more »

Joe Burrow lost a Super Bowl a week ago today, but few tears were shed for him. He's 25 years old and has a lot of young talent around him, so surely he'll have more chances to hoist the Lombardi Trophy. Even if recent history is against him.   more »
