The teams playing on Monday (Seahawks, Broncos) have finalized their injury reports, but there’s not much to them. Nothing that should affect a typical fantasy lineup.   more »

Around the NFL: Broncos receivers

The tricky part with ranking the Denver wideouts has been the reality that all three of them -- Courtland Sutton, Jerry Jeudy, Tim Patrick -- have flashed potential of being the best of them. And then there were two: Patrick is done for the season after tearing his ACL in practice yesterday.   more »

Broncos WR Hamler headed for PUP list to start camp?

Denver Broncos wide receiver KJ HAMLER is reportedly a candidate for the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) List when training camp opens at the end of July. Factoid: Russell Wilson

Russell Wilson is headed to the Broncos. This makes me a lot more interested in Denver’s wide receivers. They’ve got some talent, and Wilson is a lot better at delivering deep passes than anybody who’s played for that franchise in a long time.  more »

Factoid: Denver Broncos

Jerry Jeudy is down for a month with a high-ankle sprain, and I am reminded how good Tim Patrick was around the goal line last year. He’s a good player in that part of the field, and he’s now moving back into a starter-type role.  more »

Factoid: Denver receivers

I wonder where Tim Patrick will fit in with the Broncos. They drafted wide receivers with their first two picks last year, but Patrick was more reliable than those guys last season.  more »

Lock keys Broncos win vs. Panthers

Denver quarterback DREW LOCK played the best game of his young career, throwing 4 touchdown passes in Sunday’s win over the Carolina Panthers. Two of Lock’s touchdowns went to rookie wideMore receiver KJ HAMLER, who made his only two receptions of the game count. Also worth noting, Lock avoided throwing an interception on Sunday, just the third time this season that he was able to do so. Less

Factoid: KJ Hamler

There were a lot of wide receivers selected early last weekend; a lot of players who will make an impact in the NFL and fantasy leagues over the next several years.
