Rams to change defensive scheme

New Los Angeles Rams defensive coordinator Wade Phillips is planning to shift to a 3-4 defensive scheme for the 2017 season. While such a change is significant, Phillips has had success in building championship defenses at previous stops. Time will tell if he can replicate that success in Los Angeles.
