Dynasty Leagues: Long-term TE rankings

The Thursday night game had me wondering how great Mark Andrews is? When they plugged rookie Isaiah Likely into that role, after all, he looked very Andrews like, catching 6 passes for 77 yards and a touchdown. Either the Ravens have two really good tight ends (possible, I suppose) or part of the greatness comes in how they’re used.   more »

Several key offensive players for the Baltimore Ravens are questionable heading into tonight’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Dynasty Leagues: Long-term TE rankings

Kyle Pitts has caught only one touchdown in his first 20 games as a pro. But he’s probably still the first tight end you would take in a dynasty league – with teams not only getting players for this season but for as long as they choose to keep them around.   more »

Around the NFL: Isaiah Likely

I like the look of Isaiah Likely. He lasted until the fourth round in the draft, but he sure looked good in the preseason, catching all 12 passes thrown his way. They’ve lined him up in a variety of ways, and he looks like an awfully reliable receiver.   more »

Around the NFL: Isaiah Likely

When the Ravens drafted Mark Andrews a few years back, he was actually their second selection at the position, after Hayden Hurst. Has history repeated itself this year with their two selections at the position, Charlie Kolar and Isaiah Likely?  more »

Ravens starters wont play in preseason opener

Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said that quarterback LAMAR JACKSON and tight end MARK ANDREWS (among others) will not play in Thursday’s preseason opener against the Tennessee Titans. Given theMore numerous injuries the Ravens suffered to key players during last year’s preseason, it should come as no surprise that the Ravens are proceeding with caution this preseason. It remains to be seen whether many of the Ravens starters will see any preseason playing time at all this year. Less

Factoid: Mark Andrews

At what point do we put Mark Andrews ahead of Travis Kelce? Kelce has been good for a lot of years, but he’s 32. Andrews is six years younger and finished with better numbers last year – more catches and yards and almost as many touchdowns.  more »

Around the NFL: Hayden Hurst

There was a rumor going around yesterday that the Ravens might be looking to trade Hayden Hurst. He's been a fantasy afterthought his first two years in the league, essentially a pass-catching handcuff tight end to starter Mark Andrews. But Hurst could have been -- and could be -- a quality starter.   more »

Factoid: Sophomore tight ends

I’m interested in a pair of second-year tight ends. This is a position where players tend to get a lot better in the second and third years. But both are tied to young quarterbacks.  more »

Around the NFL: Running Ravens?
