49ers activate WR Sanu from injured reserve

The San Francisco 49ers activated veteran wide receiver MOHAMED SANU from injured reserve on Wednesday. Sanu was used sparingly as the third receiver prior to injuring his knee back in WeekMore #9. Patriots add WR Sanu in trade with Falcons

The New England Patriots acquired wide receiver MOHAMED SANU in a trade with the Atlanta Falcons on Tuesday. Patriots wide receivers JULIAN EDELMAN, PHILLIP DORSETT, and JOSH GORDON have all dealt with injuries, so Sanu provides much needed depth to the receiving corps.
