Colts, RB Mack agree to seek trade partner

The Indianapolis Colts and running back MARLON MACK have mutually agreed to find a trade partner for the veteran rusher. Mack was a healthy scratch on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans,More having fallen behind fellow running backs JONATHAN TAYLOR and NYHEIM HINES in the backfield pecking order. The Indianapolis Colt have re-signed running back MARLON MACK for a reported $2 million on a new one-year contract. Mack is coming off a torn Achilles tendon suffered in the openingMore week of the 2020 season, which likely limited his options as a free agent. Mack is expected to be ready to roll for training camp and will join fellow running backs JONATHAN TAYLOR and NYHEIM HINES heading into the 2021 season as part of a deep RB corps in Indianapolis. Indianapolis running back MARLON MACK is out for the season after rupturing his Achilles in Sunday’s season-opening loss to Jacksonville. Mack is expected to undergo surgery shortly. Lousy timing for Mack,More who was playing in a contract year. With Mack out of action, the Colts will turn to rookie second-round pick JONATHAN TAYLOR and fellow running back NYHEIM HINES.
